Ozier’s 5 Tenets
Five Tenets… our tools, instruments, processes, practices are the foundational core of everything we do; every experience we create. Applied to differing degrees and at different times –throughout the same project – these techniques are the methodology through which we create Theatrical Experiences, Engaging Spectacle, Uniquely Effective Messaging Campaigns and Experiences…Through which we create Entertainment Experiences of Substance.

Maintaining vigilance over one’s own assumptions in support of unconstrained creative ideation and the freedom to explore possibility without invisible constraints. At the same time, becoming acutely aware of what audience members may be assuming, coming into the Experience being created. This can serve as a tool through which we can harness these assumptions and use them to manipulate, inspire and engage them.
With Assumption explored; knowing what the audience is expecting offers the opportunity to circumvent and surprise as the experience unfolds.
Giving the audience a sense of being in good hands; feeling safe, despite not knowing what is going on or coming next.This applies not only to construction of the story; but the practical and unexpected use of venue and architecture as well.
Don’t give it all away at once. Offering the audience the opportunity to wonder and “discover” What’s Next, such that they each “gasp and grasp” with one endorphinal reward after after another for a complete and compelling experience.
Crafting the Story such that each audience member unknowingly participates in the creation of what is experienced. Making the audience subconsciously do some of the work gives each person moments unique to their individual selves; creating a Shared, Intimate Experience.

Kile Ozier – Founder / Chief Creative Officer
A nimble, collaborative producer & show director; Kile brings to the table a career in the creation of Resonant Audience Experience: offering effective new approaches to show, spectacle and ceremony. The nurturing of trusting, openly collaborative relationships among the disparately skilled, talented and experienced members of the unique teams he gathers is the foundation of myriad successive successes. He has an innate ability to create experience at any level of magnitude that offers personal richness for each audience member. Be it Civic Ceremony or Inaugural, Stadium Show or Sports Celebration, Theme Park or Theatrical Installation; on Ozier’s teams it’s never Just a Job. Everyone learns, everyone teaches; the best work of all is achieved. Plus; he’s a GREAT roaster of chickens; should you be so lucky as to experience this delicacy.
Kharlie Manning – Marketing and Events Manager
Kharlie is bossy and likes being organized so she is in charge of task delegation and making sure deadlines are met. She facilitates interactions between internal and external parties and handles external communication. In other words, when you can’t get ahold of Keith call Kharlie! She also manages the Digital Projection Middle East servicing department, so she knows projectors inside and out. She is passionate about reading, music of any genre, spooky movies and yoga.
Jamie Brannon – Commercial Manager
Jamie is a well-travelled 20-year-old with a passion for finance and communication. As Manning Enterprise’s Commercial Manager it is his role to account for all cash flow and resource allocation, including digitizing all invoices, quotations, expenses and financial accounts. Ensuring Manning Enterprises is only working on projects that are profitable or beneficial to the company is included in Jamie’s responsibility. The assembly of all business documentation, such as proposals, reports and contracts are orchestrated by Jamie. The assessment of potential business development opportunities is one of his strengths. Jamie is also an asset on-site as he has good communication skills and adequate technical understanding meaning he can be reactive and strive in both leadership and team member roles.
Jamie prides himself on his sporting ability and knowledge and was a diehard England Rugby supporter until November 2nd 2019. Jamie was an international student and has lived in four drastically different environments (UAE, Thailand, Germany & UK) which has equipped him with a unique cultural understanding.
Keith Manning – Technical Director
Having gained extensive experience with a range of technologies applicable primarily in Entertainment, Events, Theme parks, interactive systems, Automation, and media distribution I started Manning Enterprises as a Technical and Operational Consultancy. Working with Companies like Meraas, Hill International, Sanderson International, World Class Events, LinkViva, Digital Projection, Fanar Group etc, we have provided solutions and support ranging from direct integration of ride systems with scoring servers, to implementation plans for augmented, virtual and mixed reality.
We have worked on projects including events and integration with Hub Zero, project management and fire fighting with Legoland, Motiongate, Legoland Water Park and Bollywood, design and integration services with Novotel, and are the primary fitout and Integrator for Digital Projection’s Dubai Experience Center. I also work as Digital Projection’s Technical Advisor to the Middle East and Africa Regions.
We have also supported the development and deployment/data migration of Fanar Group’s ERP including development of their Loyalty and media distribution systems and are in the process of deploying a new RFID tracking and inventory management system integrated with a Robotic Warehouse solution. In partnership with other integrators we have supported our clients in defining and designing the appropriate solutions while maintaining sustainability and continuity with theming and maintenance.
Tyran Carstens – Engineering Manager
Tyran’s passion lies in Design and Simulation and finding the out of the box solution that will fit the occasion.
His aptitude for simulation and its ecosystem is stunning/staggering and continues to grow. We’re excited to see where his creativity takes Manning Enterprises.
With a background in Physical Training, Tyran’s considered the ‘Level-headed’ individual that brings stability and security to the company. A.K.A The muscle.
